Barwara Kothi is a lovingly preserved colonial villa nestled in the serene, tree lined avenues of Civil Lines, one of Jaipur’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Inspired by the charm of  Lutyens’ Delhi. our home sits on over 2000 square yards and offers a boutique homestay experience that evokes the elegance and tranquility of the Raj era.

Barwara Kothi is a charming family-run boutique homestay lovingly managed by a mother and daughter-in-law duo for over sixteen years. What began as a passion project has blossomed into a warm, welcoming retreat where guests arrive as visitors and leave as friends. Conversations flow easily over homemade cakes and coffee, creating a true sense of belonging.

The home’s legacy is deeply rooted in history — the current owner’s grandfather, Raja Man Singh, was a World War II veteran and a close confidant of the late Maharaja Sawai Man Singhji of Jaipur. His royal lineage and letters of camaraderie proudly adorn the walls of the Kothi, connecting every guest to a timeless story of heritage, hospitality, and heartfelt care.
